The Center for Educational Leadership and Technology (CELT) is one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of research, planning, and implementation services for public/private schools, education service agencies, departments of education, institutions of higher education, national education associations, and major education foundations. In addition to helping establish data definitions and systems architecture, CELT assists in aligning data systems with contemporary research, best practices, proven business processes, and governance policies.
